A horizontal CNC panel saw with 70mm blade projection.
Available in dimensions 3200, 3800 or 4400 mm.
Blade Carriage
Ribbed steel structure ensuring high stiffness. Independent rise & fall of blades on precision linear guides allowing high versatility of the applications and regulations. The scoring unit blade can be disabled when it is not required.
Blade Height Manual Regulation
Measurements shown by mechanical display. It can be made with blades in rotation and protection case closed.
Rack Transmission
Blade carriage movement through tempered and hardened rack; silent precision combined with long time durability, maintenance-free. The positioning is driven by CNC through an inverter motor, return speeds up to 50m/min (standard) or 100 m/min (on request).
Front Tables
Anti-scratch surface front tables in phenolic resin, with front roller for easy loading. On request tables can feature air-cushion, which helps with heavy panels handling (optional).
Rack And Pinion Pusher Feeding System With Magnetic Stripe Reading System
Pusher movement, on very thick “H” side supports is driven by precision rack and pinion transmission on round hardened bar. Measure reading system with magnetic tape, wear and maintenance-free, ensures a high degree of precision. Inverter-operated motor, standard return speed 40 m/min. On request return speed up to 70 m/min (optional).
Scoring Unit Blade Regulation
It can be made externally with running blades in rotation.
Blade Change
Thanks to the “Quick Shift” Pro Lock system, the blades change is quick, easy and safe; only one Allen key is required.
Side Aligner
Side aligner mounted on high precision linear guide, allows alignment to the fence (standard). On request a supplementary aligner can be mounted in front of the cut line (optional).
