Saw unit with long shaft
The saw blade unit contains a long shaft, which slides vertically along prismatic guides. The stability and absence of vibration are guaranteed by the considerable distance between the bearings of the long shaft and the power being transmitted with a new Poly-V belt.
Excellent cutting quality and finish
The combination of large diameter ball bearings sliding along tempered and grounded prismatic tracks which are mechanically locked (without the use of glue) guarantees durability and smooth sliding of the carriage.
Carriage lock
The carriage can be locked in various positions to make panel loading easier.
Extension table fence
The ergonomic table with fixed stops at every 5 degrees makes tilting the mitre fence from +45 to -45 very quick and intuitive, compensating for the cutting measurement as the angle changes
Fence stops
Reversible and with high precision, the fence stops eliminate errors given by different reading angles, with the reference index very close to the pantographed metric scale.
Speed change
The speed change is very quick and easy because it can be simply executed through an opening above the work table.
